The Office of the Home Spokesperson of the US Department of Home Affairs has issued a press release and given an important information. This information is important regarding matters related to the development of the world. The United States and Zambia have signed a special agreement to promote development in the agricultural sector. This is a historic occasion when a new history is being created for this sector in the world. The special press release issued by the Office of the Home Spokesperson of the United States on this occasion gives a little initial information in this regard. It has been released by Foreign Minister Antony J. Blinken.

As Zambia prepares to celebrate 60 years of independence, the United States welcomes the signing of a landmark $491 million project with the Government of Zambia that aims to deliver sustainable and inclusive economic growth for the Zambian people. This Millennium Challenge Corporation agreement, based on a $458 million debt-free grant from the United States and a $33 million investment by the Government of Zambia, will develop infrastructure to help Zambian farmers and rural communities access regional and global markets, support policy reforms to promote agricultural sector development, and complement U.S. Government investments in the Lobito Corridor.

The United States remains committed to our 60-year partnership with Zambia as it aims to reduce poverty and promote democracy that contributes to regional security and prosperity. We look forward to working together with our partners in Zambia to unlock the economic potential of this agreement and deliver life-changing results for the Zambian people.

It is hoped that such agreements and conventions will continue to be made for other regions of the world that are still suffering from poverty. It is our human duty to bring out the people of all those regions suffering from the compulsions and hardships of poverty and show them the light of prosperity and development, and we do this.

Along with this, we all wish for the prosperity of Zambia.
